I have a dream
My dream is to address a challenge that I think has been tackled very poorly, and that is to help young people transition into leaders, and therefore to be able to step into the roles that are needed to take Africa into the future.
My Coaching Program is specifically designed to help young leaders navigate the journey to leadership, and the essential changes that need to be embraced in order to be successful.
The Ubunkokeli Fund
In order to make the dream come true I have created the Ubunkokeli Fund. Ubunkokeli means ‘Leadership’ in Xhosa.
I call it Investing in Heroes!
20% of all the income from my programs goes into the Fund.
The Fund works on a Pay-it forward basis.
If you are eligible to receive coaching or training from the fund, then this is done for “free”. All we ask is that if you find the engagement helpful, that you contribute towards helping others.

How can you get involved?
- You can partner with us.
