There a multiple ways that I engage with clients. This is an attempt to break it down so that you can engage from a position that suits you best.

I have grouped the ways into “Steps”.

Step by Step

Step 1 – Public YouTube videos and Complimentary Team Health Assessments

Public YouTube videos

  • These are based on the book “Think like a Leader”
  • They are short videos looking at aspects of leadership

Complimentary Team Health Assessments

The Team Health Assessment will produce a report that analyses the health of your team.

You can request the assessment on the Enquiry Form

Step 2 – Private Paid for videos

Team Health Engagement

  • The Assessment and Report are free. The Engagement videos are paid for.
  • The price has been kept low to make it affordable for people who want to improve themselves and their leadership skills.
  • The Engagement is based on my Team Health Assessment, and it looks at 19 aspects of building a healthy team.
  • The Assessment will produce a Report. You can then request a Team Health Engagement for your team. Once you have paid for the engagement, we will send you private videos unpacking all the elements that make a great team.
  • There is homework as you go, and then a follow-up Assessment to see how the team has progressed.
  • The maximum size of a team is 15, and you can request one every 6 months.

Step 3 – Consulting

Consulting is where I use my expertise to meet a need or solve a problem.

There are 2 approaches to Consulting

  1. You pay as receive consulting
  2. You pay a monthly subscription

Step 4 – Online Training Courses

These are open online courses that consist of 1 hour per week, and are done in groups. Length varies from 6 weeks to 12 weeks.

These courses can be done in-house online for Organisations.

Step 5 – One-on-one Coaching

This is my flagship offering and it involves me imparting skills over the period of 1 to 2 years.

There are 2 options

  1. Going through my Program
  2. Being a sounding board

The Program

It is one-on-one online coaching that incorporates all of the above materials and consists of 30 to 50 x 1-hour sessions, every 2 weeks.

A Sounding Board

If you do not want to go through all the materials and just need a sounding board, I am available to –

  • Guide and Stimulate your thinking.
  • Help you clarify complex situations.
  • Help you think strategically rather than reactively.
  • Be an experienced and objective sounding board.
  • Fine-tune your leadership and performance.
  • Help you maintain alignment and stop things disintegrating.
